Day Nine
The final day. Drumnadrochit to Inverness with no intermediate stops.Update 2 – The end of the day and the end of the walk. Did I make it safely to Inverness ?

Day Eight
The penultimate day sees me travel from Fort Augustus to Drumnadrochit.Update 3 – Had a great walk down to Drumnadrochit

Day Seven
Day seven sees me leave behind the amazing Nadurra But & Ben and head for Fort Augustus.
This turns out to be a much longer day than I am expecting! Made it past 75% distance completed today.Update 3 – Made it to Fort Augustus – Much, much later than I expected!

Day Six- Fort William to Gairlochy.
After a recovery day on Saturday I’m back on the road today on the first stage of the Great Glen Way, heading for Gairlochy with no intermediate stops.Update 2 – Loving Life in Nadurra But & Ben in Gairlochy

Day Five – Kinlochleven to Fort William (and the end of the West Highland Way!)
Day five. Strong climb out of Kinlochleven and the final push to Fort William. No intermediate stops today, so only 2 updates.Update 2 – Arrived in Fort William

ONE WEEK TO GO!
One week to go and it’s not a video of me out walking! I’ve got a fundraising helper today! My nephew George even has the same outfit as me, although it did need a couple of takes to get the script right!TAKE TWO!

Been out training again today – it’s all beginning to feel a bit real as it gets closer – I hope I’m up to the challenge!

Only TWO WEEKS to go! Can’t believe how close it’s getting!
Booked my train tickets today for the journey back! Just hoping I make it so I’ll need to use them!

I’m so sorry it’s taken me three weeks to post an update! I can’t believe where the time has gone! It’s now under 5 weeks until my walk begins and I’ve been busy out practicing. I’m so glad the clocks have gone forward it’s now so much nicer to be out in the daylight!
